<p>Non-fungible tokens (or “NFT”s) are a special class of assets on the blockchain characterized by being unique and non-interchangeable with one another for equal value.</p>



<p>An NFT is different from a cryptocurrency in that it is defined by metadata that builds-in a role, function, and value that are unique to it. Specifically, a non-fungible token can be a video game asset, a work of art, a collectible card or image, or any other &#8220;unique&#8221; object stored and managed on a Blockchain.</p>



<p>Non-fungible tokens can be traded on marketplaces (eg:&nbsp;<a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://opensea.io/?ref=0x841f3a12d45651c21ecfa26546c9e77f5ff4fe80" target="_blank">OpenSea</a>) like any other asset.</p>

<p>At NonFungible.com, we strive to provide consistent and usable experience for digital asset (NFT) markets, valuations, and up to date news and reviews of various projects.</p>



<p>The creation of non-fungible tokens using blockchain technology allowed the emergence of new markets for provable ownership of digital assets. These markets, like the cryptocurrency markets, are highly speculative. However, there was no tool to monitor the evolution or trends of these markets. Users, buyers, and players had no way to know the estimate &#8220;blue book&#8221; value of an asset or whether there was adequate liquidity to realize their earning potential.</p>

<p>NonFungible.com was launched in February 2018, initially to track real-time transactions of Decentraland. The project has evolved and gradually grown and is today one of the pillars of the non-fungible token ecosystem.</p>

<h2>Refunds And Cancellation Policy</h2>



<p><strong>Refunds.</strong>&nbsp;All subscription sales are final. NonFungible Corporation will not issue any refunds, although subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.</p>



<p><strong>Cancellations.</strong>&nbsp;Subscriptions may be canceled at any time by either party. These cancellations must be sent via the “Contact Us” page on the NonFungible Corporation website. or through the My Account section in the member&#8217;s area. When termination is requested by a subscriber, subscription fees are not refunded. Rather, the current subscription will run its course to the end of the current billing cycle, at which point the subscription would then become inactive and the account cancelled. Cancellation of service is not official until subscriber receives an email confirmation from NonFungible Corporation.</p>



<h2>Suspension And Termination</h2>



<p>NonFungible Corporation retains the right to permanently or temporarily cease to provide the Services or any features within the Services to you or to users generally. NonFungible Corporation also retains the right to remove or refuse to distribute any Content on the Services, suspend or terminate users, and reclaim usernames without liability to you.</p>



<h2>Miscellaneous</h2>



<p><strong>Governing Law; Waiver of Jury Trial.</strong>&nbsp;The laws of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable in that province, excluding any rule or principle of conflicts of law that may provide otherwise, govern this agreement.
